Next Step Movement Program
The Next Step Movement program includes three 30-minute appointments with Danny Maresca, a functional movement specialist and will include assessments of respiratory function, reflex mediated pain patterns and a selective functional movement assessment. Additionally within your sessions you will also receive Primal Reflex Release Techniques being performed to reset reflexive patterns that may contribute to pain or dysfunction and a selection of corrective exercises.

Step Up Movement Program
The Step Up Movement Program is a 6 week program, including 6 weekly visits designed for patients in need of deeper restorative exercise strategies in order to optimize function. The program involves additional assessments including an assessment of mobility and core function assessments. Periodic reassessments are performed from session to session and at end of the 6 week period.
At-home functional exercises are given along with handouts with minimal equipment requirements and in-person guided exercise instruction is provided.
This program is for you if you have completed the Next Step Movement program and if you have deeper movement function challenges or if you are looking to maximize movement and performance.
